RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURN POLICY
You have 14 days from receiving your product to return your purchase from ohmypaw.co.uk. Customer is responsible for the costs, customs, taxes and fees of returning the product to us.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be in unopened, original & undamaged packaging, unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags if any and in fully resalable condition condition.


Due to hygiene reasons, Pet Jackets, Pet Fleeces, Pet Beds will be offered an exchange or store credit only, if they are in unopened, original & undamaged packaging, unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags if any and in fully resalable condition condition. Otherwise, it will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.


Muzzles are non-refundable d
ue to hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

All Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.


RETURN INSPECTION
If on inspection, we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, original undamaged packaging, unopened and unused original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items, or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

START A RETURN
To start a return, please contact us at help@ohmypaws.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return. We will get back to you within 2 business days with the return shipping address, if you are eligible for a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

* We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items (and their packaging) which are not in their original condition.
* Any bundles or packs must be returned in full and under the above condition for a full refund.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. 
Please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed once we have received them. We will refund the amount back onto the original card with which the order was placed. 

Please note that shipping costs and handling fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

FAULTY ITEMS
We are sorry that you received a faulty item! Please contact us at help@ohmypaws.co.uk and provide photo evidence of the fault and we will work quickly to get this resolved for you.

Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time.

All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on muzzles, special orders or personalised items, cleaning and grooming products due to hygiene reasons.

Due to hygiene reasons, Pet Jackets, Pet Fleeces, Pet Beds will be offered an exchange or store credit only, if they are in unopened, original & undamaged packaging, unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags if any and in fully resalable condition condition. Otherwise, it will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

CANCELLATION
Your order can be cancelled or amended within the first 2 hours of purchase. After the 2 hours period, unfortunately no changes can be made.


NOTE:
If you choose to refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization from us or parcel returned to us due to failed delivery, you’ll be responsible for all shipping charges plus a handling fee of £2.99, which will be deducted from your refund and the original shipping will not be refunded.
