RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days from receiving your product to return your purchase from ohmypaw.co.uk. Customer is responsible for the costs, customs, taxes and fees of returning the product to us.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags if any, and must be returned in the original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at support@ohmypaws.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return. We will get back to you within 2 business days with the return shipping address, if you are eligible for a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

* We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items (and their packaging) which are not in their original condition.
* Any bundles or packs must be returned in full and under the above condition for a full refund.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. 
Please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed once we have received them. We will refund the amount back onto the original card with which the order was placed. 

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

FAULTY ITEMS
We are sorry that you received a faulty item! Please contact us at support@ohmypaws.co.uk and provide photo evidence of the fault and we will work quickly to get this resolved for you.

Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time.

All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items, cleaning and grooming products due to hygiene reasons. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

CANCELLATION
Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to make any cancellations or amendments. Once we've shipped the order, no changes can be made.


NOTE:
If you choose to refuse the parcel or parcel returned to us due to failed delivery caused by incorrect address, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
