Due to high demand for home shopping and the COVID pandemic, our couriers are reporting minor delays. The above times are estimates, and sometimes deliveries may take longer. Please note, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays and delivery times may take longer around Bank Holidays & Public Holidays (Christmas, New Year etc).

We will make every effort to dispatch the order as soon as we can. During busier periods it can sometimes take longer for your order to be shipped.  Please allow 3-5 days for your order to process. Please be sure to add this processing time to your shipping estimates. Once your order has been marked as shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Oh My Paws is not responsible if the incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at check out. We will not process any refunds in such circumstances.

Oh My Paws is responsible for delivering items to the shipping address provided at check out. We are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after the item has been marked as delivered by your local postal service. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.

If you've made a mistake with the shipping address or want to change or cancel an order, please email within 1 hour and provide the order # and details. Once we begin processing your order, we can no longer accept any changes or cancellations.

Packages may take longer to arrive during the holiday busy season, depending on local postal office capacity. 

Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer

Import taxes / Refusal of package:
Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees are included in the price shown on the website.

If the order arrives at your country and

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package. 

We deserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund. If you choose to refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization from us or parcel returned to us due to failed delivery, you’ll be responsible for all shipping charges plus a handling fee of £2.99, which will be deducted from your refund and the original shipping will not be refunded.
